Polymer Stick

Turbo-Sticks PHPA is a white 1¼X15” water soluble tube containing a PHPA type copolymer with a dispersant.

A quick and measured sweep can be employed by adding the Turbo-Sweep PHPA Polymer stick to the open drill pipe while making a connection.

Stick size of 1¼X15” available. Shipped in 45 and 100 count cases. 55 gallon open top drums @ 450 count are also available.

Provides a viable method to apply an excellent hole sweep without leaving the rig floor.
Paper tube dissolves rapidly, releasing the polymer into the drilling fluid. Shearing occurs at the bit.
Encapsulated drill cuttings can be observed at the shale shaker to determine the effectiveness of the polymer treatment.
Eliminates slip hazards due to liquid
polymer spills.
Improves ROP by removing drill cutting build-up around the bit and BHA. Encapsulates gumbo/clays.
Reduces tripping time.
