Extreme Pressure Drilling Lubricant

Torque and Drag: 1-3% by volume. Maintenance is achieved by adding .5-1 drum per 24-hour period or as needed to increase ROP.
Sliding Pills: 3-5% by volume can be added directly to the suction pit or sent downhole in pills to reduce torque and increase ROP.
Stuck Pipe: Can be spotted in its concentrated form across the zone where the drill pipe has become stuck. Sufficient soaking time should be allowed while tension and torque are applied to the drill string and worked up and down in an attempt to free the pipe.

Compatible in all mud types.
Reduces torque and coefficient of friction.
Reduces metal-to-metal friction.
Will not adversely affect mud properties.
No foaming tendencies, which is common with most common drilling lubricants that contain common surfactant packages that exhibit foaming.
Highly effective in reaching laterals and highly deviated wells.
Reduces casing wear.

Proper PPE should be worn while handling this product. Minimize dust exposure. Please review the SDS before using.

Turbo-Lube WO TDS is available in 55-gallon drums or 275-gallon tote tanks.
