Turbo-Poly Beads are completely spherical divinylbenzene co-polymer beads uncontaminated with glass or styrene material designed for mechanical lubrication. Turbo-Poly beads are temperature stable to 500°F.
Size: Fine (150-355 micron) and Coarse (355-1000 micron)
Recommended Treatment
Normal: 2-6 ppb initial treatment. Adjust in accordance with torque/drag limitations of drilling operations. After the initial treatment, additions need to be made to replace a product that has been left embedded in the formation or the mud filter cake.
Logging/Casing: 8-12 ppb for spotting a pill in the open hole.
